What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Powell

There is a fitness center very close to my home and the golf course is nice. The back of the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

One unique thing about our neighborhood is that the streets are wider throughout. Also, our lot sizes are a bit bigger so that you do not have houses stacked too closely together.

Very close to the zoo and shops and lots of stuff to do. A mini downtown is fun to go to which is five minutes away. Everything is under fifteen minutes that is close.

It is quiet but still near enough to all the amenities. We have some good local restaurants and a walkable downtown for our small town.

It is very quiet most of the time. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Crime level is low. Police patrol routinely.

Very typical starter home neighborhood, good schools, plentiful shopping and entertainment nearby, roads are great.
