    I moved here in September 2018 . Nice place and quiet . Central air didnt work ,ice maker didnt work key pad to the garage didnt work , dishwasher dont dry dishes etc its about to be November trying to get things around here fixed . U can only get stuff fixed on a Tuesday. 1200 is a lot of money for rent and u have to wait to get stuff fixed .

    Theres no life around there no gas stations, stores restaurants etc . Just corn fields . But they are nice apartments

Our properties included efficiencies, one, and two bedroom apartments, three bedroom townhouses, houses, mobile home lots, along with commercial office and industrial space. Our full-time office and maintenance staff are available Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. During Bowling Green State University spring semester, Saturday hours are 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Appointments after hours may be scheduled in advance with our office. Maintenance emergencies will be responded to twenty-four seven. Some amenities may include: basements, garages, washers/dryers, short to long term leases, alarm systems, sprinkler systems, air-conditioning, excellent locations, carports, parking, elevators, loading docks, high ceiling, low ceilings, city or country living, etc. Whatever you are looking for in rental space, chances are we have it.
