While I lived there, it was a great place to live. The only downside were a couple of neighbors that liked to slam their front door, but overall it was excellent. It was spacious, clean, and felt safe to be there. When there were issues the staff was really good at responding. When I left it was an easy process and no issues. I just wish that apartment could have come with me!
Staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Its a large complex with many tenants, but the address me by name and always remember my building address.
The staff in the office are very nice and willing to help in any way they can. Maintenance requests are filled quickly and the property always looks very nice.
Tracy creek apartments are very spacious with two side ventilations. I have not seen such spacious room any where in any Perrysburg apartment. This apartment is also very good from security point of view.
The apartments are beautiful. We are in a third floor one and the vaulted ceiling with half moon window is definitely worth the few extra dollars per month. Maintenance is awesome- they are extremely quick to fix any problems that we have. I also love that utilities (except electric) is included with the rent. It makes budgeting easier.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
