Well... Maintenance people are soo slow. My trash disposal stop working two weeks ago and I call them to put my request and no one show up. The monthly payment is too high for this complex. I pay 669 for a 1 bedroom. No pool, no recreation area, laundry room is always dirty.
I recently decided to put my house up for sale and I had a few friends that lived at Brandon Manor a few years back who told me i should check it out.....BIG MISTAKE! The manager (I believe her name was Michelle) was very pushy, overtly hyper, and was not friendly at all. When i toured there she made it feel like it was a chore for her. I should have realized that his place wasnt going to be good when i tried multiple times to schedule an appointment but no one got back with me. The only reason i even gave it a chance was because of my friends who previously lived there. Ive heard its under new management. Im not impressed. Do they drug test employees? I really think they dont and it makes me uncomfortable.
I absolutely love this place. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome. I absolutely love, love my new floors. If you are looking for a new place to live, I highly recommend this place. Come and check it out, you will fall in love with the place
This new company is a joke! They wanted to raise my rent over $200 a month. I moved out after Christmas and my apartment is still empty. Now they are advertising free rent and move in expenses. The updates to the property are mediocre...surely not worth $800 per month when there are no amenities. I would have stayed at this place until retirement.
Stopped by the property to view. Very impressed by the friendliness of staff, especially Melissa. She took her time to explain how their leases work and showed me an apartment with the specifics I needed. She never rushed me and made me feel at home. Im coming back later in the week to sign a lease!
