This new company is a joke! They wanted to raise my rent over $200 a month. I moved out after Christmas and my apartment is still empty. Now they are advertising free rent and move in expenses. The updates to the property are mediocre...surely not worth $800 per month when there are no amenities. I would have stayed at this place until retirement.
Stopped by the property to view. Very impressed by the friendliness of staff, especially Melissa. She took her time to explain how their leases work and showed me an apartment with the specifics I needed. She never rushed me and made me feel at home. Im coming back later in the week to sign a lease!
Well I am a current resident. I lived her when the new company CMP bought it. I was worried about the rent increases but after seeing all the updates and meeting with the office staff I feel so much better. I love the upgrades and they are doing big things for our property. Cant wait for the new card operated laundry machines coming soon. SOOOO glad I decided to renew my lease. SO many positive changes...love love love!
I find these apartments very very nice and updated. The rent is a great price for the area in which it is located. My friends live here and I will be moving here once my lease is up. The Office Staff is very helpful and on top of things and the Maintenance crew is on top of things. There service is best I have every seen. The Very Best place to live.
Dont move here.. Please take my advice and dont waste your money. A new company (CMP Properties) has taken over and they want top dollar for absolutely no amenities and they have not made any repairs. They have raised the rent for a two bedroom apartment from $575 to $819 overnight without putting in any work. There was a disabled man on a fixed income who had lived here for almost 30 years, they raised his rent so high he had to leave with no where to go. You dont want to rent from people like that. There are plenty of apartments and townhouses in this area that have cheaper rent and WAY more amenities .
