What Renters Like and Dislike About Perry Heights

There's so many dogs you see daily. It's close to the grocery store and school! Not far from downtown. We like to go out to eat since it's not to far

Close proximity to the kids school. Different park locations for the kids to play in. Mostly a quite part of town where most people keep to themselves.

no maintenance landscaping taken care of power washing snow removL side walk shoveled practically nothing other than enjoying life to do

The area is mostly quiet. Houses are not on top of each other. Soccer fields are nearby..............................................

Good mix of ages in my neighborhood. Neighbors truly care for each other and help each other out when needed. Within walking distance...there is a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants.

There's a few restaurants near by such as Olive Garden which is enjoyable. I like that everyone like to have yards well maintained so there's no junk yard or anything. Friends and family enjoy going at the park by the lake so we can enjoy some fun time.
