The Reserves at 1150

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This place is poorly managed, they made so many false promises, our home is basically falling apart within 3 weeks of moving in, maintenance is rude and unprofessional, and the inconsistent communication from management is highly frustrating. Dont waste your time or money. Its not worth it.

Office manager when I lived there was Raven, and she treated the tenants terribly. Was a good tenant who paid rent on time every month and they tried to evict me because they didn't like how I kept my apartment. Hugely exaggerated or just completely fabricated "lease violations" to start eviction proceedings. Really terrible people working there. Also, I'd stay away if you don't like having roach housemates. They were completely uninterested in paying the money required to completely remove them from the building.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! But Ill give the one star to Bob the maintenance man. The Reserves at 1150 , SPP Properties and Integrity are the worst property management and real estate companies I have ever worked with!! Do not move here or do business with them. They are money hungry and do not care about their tenants or units. They are slow to address things but quick to take your money or get you for more money! DO NOT MOVE HERE. no amenities, ridiculous rent increases , fees, poor maintenance and environment.

I called the main office to request information regarding the property for a future move. I was informed by the lady who answered, that she was in a meeting and that she would call me back within the hour. However, at this time I'm still waiting for a call back.

were friendly polite professional in letting me know they do not except Section8 offered help by taking my name down to give to other places that might except Section 8.
