Absolutely terrible apartment complex. Management seems to only care about the townhouse residents. I have literally NEVER received a call back from the leasing office after leaving a message and requesting that someone please return my call. Fellow residents are loud and inconsiderate. The lawns are covered with dog waste. Residents smoke inside the buildings (cigarettes and pot) and buildings smell disgusting as a result. Management does not respond to complaints about residents exhibiting disruptive behavior. I am literally counting down the days until my lease ends. Their use of the word luxury to describe this complex is an absolute joke.

Nothing but absoute issues from day 1. From the time I moved in the place was an utter disaster. Nothing was fixed or properly working before my move in date. Trying to communicate with staffing is like talking to a brick wall. Ashley, Chris, and even corporate do nothing to abide by the apartment rules, nor do they address and handle problems in a professional or timely matter. The neighbors are very inconsiderate as well. From the rude attitudes, loud actions, and digust of leaving animal waste outside YOUR apartment window is only a FEW of issues stated. I STRONGLY urge you to stay away from this coorporation. It will only leave you with headaches!

Absolutely beautiful townhomes! The townhomes are set way in the back in a wooded area so it is very peaceful and the neighbors are quiet . Any maintanance issue are addressed ASAP. I have nothing but great things to say! The location is extremely convenient to shopping/downtown/highways. Only downside is no garages are available but the parking lot has ample parking.

The apartment itself is nice, updated, and in good condition. However, the buildings are very loud, and you can hear every movement and noise from neighbors. The complex is so pet friendly, but no one picks up after their dog waste. Every grass area and even the parking lots have dog waste everywhere. There are dog waste receptacles around, but they are often overflowing because staff doesn't empty them regularly. The "dog park" is just a big mud pit and not maintained at all. None of the policies in leases are enforced, so there is lots of smoking in common areas of the buildings, pet issues, etc. Washers and dryers are poor quality, often takes multiple cycles of doing to work (pay machines, so that sucks), and they smell like mildew and are full of dog hair. The staff are nice, but don't enforce the policies they make people sign in their leases. It is a far cry from "luxury apartments" that they claim to be.

I stopped by last week looking for a 1 bedroom and the lady Bj was so helpful and friendly, I love the 2 bedroom she showed me. I love the dog park. I knew I was going to move in, so I returned the next day the manager Tesa was super awesome I applied and got a free month rent and a free gift.The staff is absolutely awesome and the property is great. Can't wait to move in...
