    I grew up in these apartments! I am happy to see all the updates. I only have good memories of this place.

    I've lived here for going on 7 years. I am disabled I am on oxygen and I just got out of the hospital, I paid my December rent ahead of time on November 27th 2018. Update.... I November 29th 2018 starting early in the morning was a non-renewal of lease notice on my door. I have to move by January 2019. That must be the new owners happy holiday wish for me and I wish them the same!!! How cold hearted and cruel can you be??!I have never met the new owners even when they took over the building, and I sure don't care to meet them anymore.! We have had no hot water in the buildings for over 10 days and it's still going on. Read the police blotter, it'll keep you up-to-date on what's going on in the building for example the day after Thanksgiving! There's never a dull or quiet moment here if that's what you're seeking. Imagine how warm and welcomes and honest your new owners will treat you and treat you during your stay here.! I know I've learned the hard way. This place is a joke! Everybody talks in circles but nobody has any answers. you can't make appointments to talk to anybody you can't send anybody down to anything, you're just trying to float around someday the day wondering what's going to happen next. I wish the next time . I don't need to wonder what any of the new people that would want to move in here,. Would have liked because it'll never change it's only getting worse.!! Honestly stay away!!! I'm not speaking because I'm bitter believe me I am telling the truth period, don't find out the hard way for yourself. Signs a nice place to move into where it will last and they will back you up till you're willing to move on your own. Rum and runs fast and run right past 6900 lofts!!! As for me I will walk out with my head held high because. I will find a nice place that I will be able to stay at and be welcomed. Talk to the people that live here, read the reviews, pay attention and then rent somewhere else, stay away from the 6900 lofts so called community.

    This is a terrible place to live. Since apartments were bought out or new management inside (whatever the situation you never know because they don't communicate) they are forcing out every tenant to make sure they can renovate ever unit. From $625 to over $900 for some stainless steel appliances is not worth it. You will be making a mistake moving here.planet fitness is $10 A month so 6900 lofts 4 piece workout equipment is not worth it.. I'm glad they are forcing me out in 3 months! I had a choice. $70 extra A month for 6 months.. $90 extra A month for 1 month or $110 extra a month for 12 months.. who pays more to stay longer... what a joke!
