There are 119 units in this building and 79 parking spots. Additionally there are 40 garages that rent for $175/month. Theres a good chance youll be parking in the muddy grass.

Youd be better off staying under a bridge!! The elevator is consistently not working. If you have any type of mobility issues you can be stranded either on your floor or in the lobby just waiting. At any given time you will not have a parking spot unless you consider the muddy grass a reasonable spot. My suggestion is to just run in the other direction. The floors creak, the walls are paper thin, they cant keep maintenance staff - like I said just run!!

Run for your life! This building has one elevator that goes out regularly. If you are in a wheelchair, scooter or use a walker you will be stuck. The parking lot is a disaster. On any given day, there are 8 to 12 cars that do not have spaces. Those people resort to parking on the muddy grass and in fire lanes. The walls are paper thin, the floors are scary thin. The carpet is threadbare in the hallways. The first several times I ran my dishwasher I blew a fuse. The fire alarm goes off for no reason requiring all residents to leave the building. The management company does not respond to these serious resident concerns.

This apartment building only has one elevator for the whole building. This elevator goes out on a regular basis. There has been older people who have had to crawl up the stairs to get to their apartment. The maintenance here is not very competent. I live here now and I will not be renewing my lease when it comes up for renewal. The amount of rent that is charged here is too much to have all the problems that this 2 year old building is having. The parking here is terrible. There's not enough spaces for the number of residents who live here and that forces people to park on the grass, in the fire lanes or rent a garage for an extra charge of 160.00 per month. So please think twice about having a family member rent here

These apartments are exactly what I am looking for. I look forward to becoming a resident in the Fall.

Moved in early November. A perfect place for seniors to settle in! Activities and a library, coffee room, fitness area, beauty/barber shop…,,lots to come!

Beautiful apartments. Activities are available. Management very helpful and accommodating. Parking is very limited. There is no guest parking.
