Funny they show fireplaces, lived there recently there was no fireplace. Snow removal is horrible. Garbage compactor always full and you have lay your garbage on the ground. You pay your rent on time and yet they constantly send you emails about stupid stuff. Constant bugs coming underneath your door. Glad to be moved out.

Cobblestone is way overpriced. The only closest grocery stores are 15 minutes away. The traffic to get in and out of cobblestone is ridiculous . They turned over a noise complaint to me to investigate with the police department. It was never resolved. I was woken at 6 AM almost every morning to a loud truck muffler right in front of my bedroom window. Cobblestone management has no empathy for their tenants. Priced way to high for what you get! Walls to thin, parking is stupid. Patios overlook the parking lot 25 feet away from building. Stupid design and not worth the money!

I lived here for one year and it was awful. Problems came on after another with neighbors and over the top noise all hours of the day and night. Leasing office was unwilling to work with us and rude. They also never kept up with their policies in our lease. Things broke too often, they never keep up with snow plowing, and it's ridiculously overpriced. Wish I could leave less than one star.

The price though ridiculous this isnt los Angeles California for the price you could just buy. A home an I toured a apartment here nothing. Special all materials very cheap the a average apartment so why the crazy price owner should be ashamed living hood off of gettin over on his tenants seriously this residential complex will leave you living paycheck to paycheck an then homeless
