Very quiet. Clean and well maintained. Just a little pricey for non-luxury. By non luxury I mean old outdated appliances. Examples are auto ice maker that is not through door. You must handle! Stove has small BTU's and non sealed burners. Takes 4ever to boil water! Microwave above stove hard to clean and scary to pull food from.
Cobblestone is by far the best property in the area, it's quiet and scenic with a top notch staff and great amenities. I've been living here since summer and am beyond impressed with my experience, I would highly recommend it to anyone. John V.
Cobblestone Court would be something I would recommend if it wasn't so expensive. I feel that you do not get your moneys worth here. The appliances are super cheap and we are constantly having to call for things to be fixed. Also I don't feel we should pay as much as we do to have to park so far away from our home ESP because we upgraded to a private entry.. Overall I was very disappointed and would not ever consider coming back.
Some of the groundswork is not upkept as much as one would expect for the amount of rent the tenants pay. Heard from several sources that the increase in rent from lease to lease is a little on the ridiculous side and needs to be reevaluated by the staff and ownership.
