I have lived at Indian Trace since 2015. Rent increases were NOT mentioned or included in any written agreement when I agreed to live here. I am retired and live on a fixed income. My rent has increased from $699 to $830 in 2020. $830 was decided after discussing $850 it was rising to. It was raised twice in 2018. My appliances and amenities remain the same and are 33 years old. I will be forced to move out with the next rent increase. Moving at 72 years old will be devastating to my physical health. I love my home and have no desire to leave it. This is not fair and I am unhappy about it.
I've lived here for about 5 years now and it has been on a continual downward decline for a few years. Management is bad - constantly changing, really unorganized, rude, difficult to work with. The hallways and laundry facility are usually not the cleanest. Probably worst of all are the paper thin walls, lack of any insulation between floors, shoddy windows, etc. These buildings are really old and obviously cheaply built. They need a lot of work.
I love these apartments because the office mangers that work here are above excellent & if Im ever able to drive to their location Id love to live here!
Have been living here almost a year. The complex manager is worthless. I been complaining for over 10 months about college kid neighbor and now have a bugs issue that has been ignored. So I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Great location and could be good place to live if common rules were enforce. Not to mention being over charged on my for months.
This place has the best staff ever and if they were a little closer to the city Id live here without a second thought!
