We have lived here for 3 years and in that time the building has changed hands 3 times and the rent has risen over $300. The walls are thin and the plumbing is incredibly noisy. The online payments dont work and we were only informed that they no longer take cash the day that rent was due. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. The price is double what the places are worth.
