Walnut Hill Apartments

Smells like weed all the time, in some buildings and in the lot. Dirty rooms, machines and outdated. Walls or doors are thin and people often stomp on floors and stairs with little regard for others. Neighbors accuse their neighbors of theft and post rude, disrespectful notes on doors, for all to see. Some threaten others with weapons and nothing is done by anyone. There are tenants who get away with cameras to spy on their neighbors and lie. Overall, Overpriced and not worth it.

Apartment walls are paper thin. You could literally hear the neighbors talking and having sex. (Yes thats how thin the walls are). Also if you are living under anyone make sure they dont have kids. Very noisy. Parking is ridiculous especially when tenants have their own parking garages and still park their vehicles or motorcycles in the open parking spaces. Management should really do something about that.

I make $300 a month and they said I didn't make enough and would not rent to me

Walnut Hill apartments is a beautiful place to call home. Also the staff Marge (property Manager)is absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning was very understanding & helpful with my needs.."THANK YOU" AGAIN MARGE. ANDREA M.

Rent is affordable, the units are clean and in good order, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Further, in my experience the office has been both courteous and efficient at responding to maintenance requests.

As a long-time resident (11 yrs), I would like to give a shout out to management for their consciousness to the needs of the residents and property. They are very prompt in responding to maintenance requests. Thank you to Marge & Bob for making this a pleasant environment.
