Response to issues is quickly. Office staff, maintenance friendly. Clean and maintained well. Snow removal good as can be expected. Residents very friendly. Have no issues with noise. Elevators and washer/dryer in each unit a plus. Spacious. Plenty of storage

Have been living here for almost two years. I have no complaints. The few items in my apartment that failed were fixed the same day I called and the maintenance guys are nice and professional. Quiet nice place to live.

Large suites...older apartments. A bit far from things which is why I didn't opt to move in at this time. Leasing office personnel very nice and place looks clean. The residents I talked with that were walking outside said you can hear noise a lot from other apartments, but when I visited in the midday, I didn't. (Again, these are older apartments and with any apartment you can hear "noise".) Overall nice place for prices. Again, very nice office personnel.

It's a quite place to live with a nice pool. Maintenance is quick and efficiant. Leasing agent is friendly to work with.

We could not be happier with Shadow Creek. Have been her over 6 years; it's a quiet location, the units are well-kept, the management is always polite and kind when reporting or discussing any sort of issue. Anything that needs to be fixed or maintained is done so immediately, the maintenance staff is extremely polite and conscientious. The first few years the snow removal was sub-par, but last year, it was fantastic. In suite-washer dryer and elevator has made this location perfect!!
