Leasing office ignores maintenance requests. It took over a month for them to improperly address bees nesting in the siding and hornets getting into the apartment. My AC unit is broke and been over a week since first contacted and no response. Rent increases in two years $350 which in the 9 previous years rent increases dont even total that. You can no longer renew for more than a year and are charged for a garage that use to be included. The outer buzzer doesnt work and elevator breaks several times a months. There are also tar flakes that fall from the roof when its hot out. If you want to go broke and be aggravated this is place for you.

Response to issues is quickly. Office staff, maintenance friendly. Clean and maintained well. Snow removal good as can be expected. Residents very friendly. Have no issues with noise. Elevators and washer/dryer in each unit a plus. Spacious. Plenty of storage

No one ever responded to my inquiry

Have been living here for almost two years. I have no complaints. The few items in my apartment that failed were fixed the same day I called and the maintenance guys are nice and professional. Quiet nice place to live.

Large suites...older apartments. A bit far from things which is why I didn't opt to move in at this time. Leasing office personnel very nice and place looks clean. The residents I talked with that were walking outside said you can hear noise a lot from other apartments, but when I visited in the midday, I didn't. (Again, these are older apartments and with any apartment you can hear "noise".) Overall nice place for prices. Again, very nice office personnel.

It's a quite place to live with a nice pool. Maintenance is quick and efficiant. Leasing agent is friendly to work with.
