Dover Farms

Kitchen flooded twice. Disposal broke. Washer broke Dryer currently broken (need to dry twice per load) Heat doesnt work, second bedroom and bathroom freezing Fit and finish is a disaster, TERRIBLE craftsmanship. Heat runs off of hot water tank. You CANNOT TURN UP heat and shower at same time, the hot water runs out in 5-7 mins. A much longer review was posted on YELP where I included photos as well. Dover parks was terrible to rent at. The office personal is rude and unhelpful. Parking is very limited. Rent drop box was broken into one night (at the time they had no automated pay system available). Rent checks were stolon. I did not find out my check had been stolen until I had an eviction notice on my door on the 2nd of the month. That's right- the checks were all stolen, they did not notify me but promptly have me an eviction notice. I've never paid rent late in my life. Horrible people.

I have lived at Dover Farms for 8 years. My kids and I have enjoyed the neighborhood greatly. It is clean, safe and peaceful here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance works hard and they get things done in a timely manner. We enjoy the pool, work out room and the lodge. I would absolutely recommend living here.

I want to tell that the maintenance in this apartment is so good, they did perfect job fixing some stuff very fast and polite. They even did more. I really happy to live in this Dover Farm apartment.

Dover Farms was a great place for me when I lived there. I always felt safe. It was quiet. Anytime I had a maintenance request it was handled promptly and professionally. I like how they do fun things at the Club House for the residence. I regret not making the time to attend more often. My utility bills were always reasonable.

I love it here really nice and spacious.. very nice staff and they took care of me right away.. Maintenance will respond right away.. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Been here for 3 month loving it so far. Great location and staff.

Lived here for 8 months now. The staff were helpful throughout the entire move in process. The gym is always in great condition whenever I use it. When my apartment had a problem with the drain, they repaired it very quickly. Overall very pleased with the money I spent. I would love to stay longer if I could.

So far I love it and I am renewing my lease. It's nice and quiet and I love my remodeled apartment and having a washer and dryer in the unit! The pool and workout facility is awesome.

We have all positive results with Dover Farms with the wonderful women in the office and the guys who have fixed the glitches in our apartment within a day or two when we've put our requests in. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay is good. We are very happy we picked Dover Farms over the other choices we've looked at.
