Great Location! Best Maintenance Man Period!
It is a quiet atmosphere and the manager on site is very professional and reliable as is the maintenance.
-The maintenance is almost always same day. -Clean, well kept apartments, no bed bugs, -Not filled with criminals. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. -Spacious, nice units, good Windows,, central air, -Clean and taken care of work out room
They raise the rent by $30 every year so it can get very expensive if you want to stay longer than one year. Also the apartments are over 35 years old and the insides are very old and outdated.
It's basically OK, but for the money the facility is not updated as much as it should be. Snow removal is a problem and parking can be troublesome. Also the garages are not in great shape. The trash pickup is infrequent. On the positive side, the current management and maintenance people are very friendly and professional.
