John, the property manager was very friendly and gave all the necessary, detailed information regarding the floor plans and price ranges of apartments.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. They have you pay a $300 deposit, but charge you for the most basic wear and tear expenses when you leave! My apartment flooded every. Single. Time. It rained! We called the Maintence man over and over and he kept making excuses for the flooding. We even had to throw away our clothes because they got MOLDY from all the flooding. On top of that, they expect YOU to scrub the entire apartment before leaving. And if you dont do enough, they charge you over 100 per room they have professionally cleaned. TRUST ME. There are so many more places in Stark County with better amenities and much more reasonably priced.

My boyfriend and I had recently just moved in and the apartment manager, Dawn, made our experience amazing! We had loads of questions and she was ready and eager to help answer them whether it be on the phone or in person. Our apartment was very clean and move in ready and our balcony view is great. If you are looking to live in a beautiful complex with great management and staff, this is the place for you. Thank you again for making our move in easy and special, Dawn and staff!

This a hidden gem. I have driven past this complex for years and have never known they were back here. We had a great experience when we had came in with both managers and was told one had been there for a while and was able to answer all of our questions. Both ladies were super helpful and the apartment was beautiful when we moved in. Everything ready to go and any maintenance we had we were able to call and get someone over pretty quickly. I look forward to when the enormous pool will be open!

Horrible communication, terrible customer service, nothing advertised seems to work as promised. Renter be warned!
