No one ever returns my call

They act nice when you want to rent from them. The place even looks nice at first glance. They even told us they remodeled the apartments. When you first move in it's nice, but then you see what they covered up. They didn't really remodel. More like put a shell over everything old. The floor wasn't put down properly. Not even fitted right! It looks like that just cut a big square out of fake tile, and laid it on the floor. They smoothed the center of the floor out, but when I was cleaning, I moved the fridge, and oven. You can see the fake tile not sticking to the floor. Since it was over cut, they just folded the rest of the fake tile on the side of the wall. Our bathtub chipped all the time. Had them repaint it once, but it still did the same thing. The sink would always break, or unscrew and leak/downpour in the cabinets below the sink. We could only use one side of the sink since the other side would always get lose. We just had our first child. We were living in a one bedroom apartment. We thought it would be fine, since she's so small. We defiantly needed two bedrooms. We called and asked if we could switch since we literally just resigned the lease two days ago. They asked around and said it would be fine. They only have a few two bedrooms, and one will be moving out soon. We would have to wait till then. They were supposed to call us back after a certain date to let us know. They never did, so we called them back. They said that the maintenance guy had to check out the apartment, and they would call us back. No one did. So we called them back the next day. They told us that no one has looked at it yet because the guy that is supposed to look at it is on vacation. So we call back again the day after he was supposed to come back, because again they didn't call us back, and then they told us we can't because we signed the lease for the one bedroom. We told her that when we first called it was two days later, and you told us we could. She said that if we switch

My AC unit died several week ago. Past 3 weeks, wrote two letters, twice I took off from work to see them in person and multiple phone calls. No response yet. According to front desk staff, manager is too busy to talk even with request for appointment. I will not rent again at timber creek.
