What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Newark

I like to go to the dollar general and buy food. I like walking the train tracks and walking around the marina. I like hiking in the woods and driving the ridges and looking at the Appalachian foothills all around us.

I like that most things are close by that you can just walk to. The down town square is close by. A lot of things to do as a couple and with the family.

Nothing. I hate my neighborhood. It's a dump.worse place to live.we do live close to a family dollar.

Everything. It is easy to get to the ball fields and to a drive thru. It is very quiet the area is very good to keep things up-to-date. I like to take my family to the ball field

Quite all residential no business in neighborhood I like going to the longhorn steakhouse with family there is nothing unique it is a typical midwestern subdivision

I enjoy visiting with our neighbors. Restaurants and other businesses are a very short drive away. Schools are within walking distance and are fairly good schools.
