Very nice, quiet apartment complex. Close to my classes. Overall it was a very nice place to live, but the management did not explain some aspects of my utilities clearly. It was all worked out simply, but it was a minor annoyance.

Overall Crystal Lakes has been a good complex. Good location, good people, good housing. The complex seems a little older and community laundry is a minor inconvenience.

We have had rodents and little has been done about it. There seems to be poor communication in response to resident concerns.
