The feel of Albany Woods was the first thing that appealed to me. I like the way it's laid out, the dog run, the garden, and most of all the 1.3 mile jogging trail which circles Albany Woods. The people at Albany Woods are kind, efficient, hardworking and the landscape employees do a great job. Yes, I like it here.
It is a clean, attractive, safe-feeling community. You offer ways for residents to be involved and get to know each other. The area is quiet and nicely situated, and the rent is decent.
If Oakwood Management has this. They could care less about the people who rent from them. All they care about is the money. It is the same at all of the properties they manage. The BONUS is what they care about.

The insulation is terrible-in the winter you can feel a breeze coming through all of the outside electric sockets. The garages are rented out to people who do not live at Albany Woods and we were told we would be up on the waiting list for a garage in about 3 weeks...we never have come up even 4 months later. The payment guidelines are too tight. The other 3 apartments we have lived in allow payment due on the 1st of each month with a grace period of 4 days, here it is late after the 1st.
