Im disappointed in Stonecreek. Ive been here for four years and in the last year the Stonecreek Apartment complex has taken a turn for the worse. The landscaping in front of the apartments Is layered with rocks. Big rocks. Big rocks that the children from Cobblegate next door are throwing in the parking lot, which is now covered with these big rocks. These big rocks can be damaging to residents automobiles. The window sills in the hallways are covered with spider webs because the cleaning crew refuses to clean them. If you do not go over to the office you will not be able to speak with anyone because NO ONE answers the phones. Theres trash lining the fence that separates the complex from the nearby creek. The security door on my building in particular has been unable to close the security door because its been without a door handle for TWO MONTHS and counting, even though residents have been calling and complaining. The apartments are simply no longer worth $799 a month and it shows because no one is moving in...yet everyone is moving out.

The apartments are so nice I love my little apartment and the staff is absolutely amazing very helpful and so is the landlord, it is in a very convenient area close to everything. The only issue is some of the residence here is very unpleasant and rude

The staff go above and beyond and are extremely helpful! They are the best part of living here :)

It was comfortable and relaxin. And everything was accessible to me when needed
