    Place to flooded with sewer water the day we moved in. Multiple items need repairs due to incorrect or inadequate installation or pervious repair. Rental agent failed to inform us that the former occupant of our apartment died here. Just little things like that

    This property is not safe and is in desperate need for renovations. Worst of all, there's MICE that visit on a pretty consistent basis. If your smart you won't sign a lease with these scoundrels.

    Great pics,.The filters pick out places that I want exactly it just makes everything so convenient when looking for an apartment because sometimes it can be so stressful and they take all the stress out of that

    Apartment walls are so thin, you could hear everything that goes on with your neighbors. Maintenance is horrible. Please stay away form this place.

    Before I vacated my apartment, I went to their office with my lease agreement papers and we agreed on when I am going to vacate and how much security deposit I'll be getting back. The person who agreed to reviewed the document, pointed me to the section that says I have to give 2 months notice etc. But after I vacate the apartment, they not only skip my security deposit, they charged me $220 in reverse. No reason was given. My credit score is down 100 points because of these evil people. Stay away from this apartment. They don't even respect their own agreement documents when it comes to gouging money from leavers one last time they have chance to do that.
