Apartments at Lakewood Park

Most of the people who live there are ok, but there are some there that are very nasty and immature. The office staff also has their favorites that nothing gets done if they have done wrong. I would only think about moving back there if there was a change in ownership!

I looked into it on availability the contacted me back immediately and they have affordable prices

Set up a time for the weekend to check it out. The lady never returned my phone call about what happened and why she wasnt there. I waited 1 hour for her

I WISH I could rate lower. I had an appointment scheduled 3 days prior to the actual set date, for a showing of a 1 bedroom. The landlord Linda sounded very kind on the phone. But unfortunately, when I arrived for our 11:00 a.m. she was completely unreachable by phone. I tried calling 3 times and only got voicemail. An automated recording of her voice telling me if I needed maintenance or if I was a potential tenant to leave a voicemail. I also went up to the rental office door. I knocked. No answer. I called her cellphone listed on the door of the office. No answer and the same automated message. Knocked one more time. No answer. I left her a kind voicemail, which I only did because I am a respectful person and I want her to know that she essentially DITCHED me and did not meet with me which I find completely RUDE and a huge red flag for living here. She has not gotten back to me since. I would not live here and I have changed my mind.
