I have lived in a condo, house and three different apartment complexes. Moving to Washington Place was when I moved home. The apartment is roomy, pet friendly and clean. The maintenance crew makes sure that everything is taken care of from inside to outside. They maintain the property expertly. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. I like it when they have resident appreciations. Driving into the complex is driving home. As my grand daughter sings. We are driving into my communityyyyy

Great overall experience with leasing office. All the staff was supportive and helped to ease our move-in. Apartment community is perfect for every age group. Great location, greenery around and clean. Apartment is in great condition, any maintenance issue, concern is taken care off right away. I highly recommend.

I've lived at Washington Place for 6 years. Well managed and property is kept up. Office and maintenance staff are very nice and courteous. When something needs fixed in my apartment, maintenance is very prompt. I would not live anywhere else but Washington Place.
