Sycamore Creek Senior Apartments

Absolutely can NOT get anyone to return a call. Standing in the LOBBY during office hours, ignored me. Terrible!

VERY DISAPPOINTED !! The units have little to no sound barrier. We can hear our neighbor snore at night !! The appliances are cheaper and we have no garbage disposal or ice maker. There are not enough parking spaces for the tenants and the parking lot does not get plowed with less than 4 inches of snow. The parking lot was like a skating rink last winter. Our neighbor fell on the ice last winter. There is not enough hot water, so we have to take cold showers. The manager and maintenance man are doing what they can for the tenants, but corporate makes the decisions. Several tenants are extremely unhappy with this place. I have regrets about living here.

The manager is awesome maintenance is awesome also the people living here are really nice so far so good

Sycamore Creek Apts. in Miamisburg is a great place to live. The apts are very convenient in terms of their floor plans and ease of parking. The management is friendly and so are the residents. I also enjoy the social activities and the new friends I've made here. Check it out. You will love the people and feel very comfortable.

This senior living apt complex is excellent. Heather is a wonderful and fair manager. The people are friendly, and it is becoming more like a family as time goes on. Some of Sycamore Creek’s best features are the coffee shop, the monthly community dinners, and the various crafts and games that we do in our lovely community room. Stop by for a visit sometime.

Hello anyone who needs a quiet home , iknow you want something beautiful friendly representative who cares .Starr welcomes you to that quiet home at sycamore creek apartments , The resident take you the rest of the way with smiles and friendly smiles and gathering. STARR IS THE BEST I WILL NEVER FORGET STARR DRAWING A MAP TO KROGERS SHE CARES AND I am finally home THANK you and who ever built this beautiful building for seniors it's a blessing.

We are truly blessed to be living here. It's beautiful and peaceful. The residents are friendly, and there are many activities to participate in. The manager Ms. Star, along with maintenance, Matt, along with the housekeeper, Ms. Karen are top notch. We're very glad to be here! We would highly recommend checking it out! Apartment #233

Sycamore creek is beautiful place but they don't have enough parking for everyone so you have to park a distance sometimes. so if your handicap it ain't going to do you any good and they only have one elevator.. the year I lived there it broke down five times so if you lived upstairs and you can't walk down the stairs then you're stuck on your floor even if we have a doctor's appointment or anything like a fire.. I had to call the fire department once to get me down stairs because I stuck upstairs for 3 hours. If you are in a wheelchair you can't get out to your back patio. if you can't stand up so that's another thing you won't be able onto the patio. so why should you have a back Patio if you can't use it. all the parking out front that Has double yellow lines to get out if your handicap is allowed for people to park in so if you handicap you can't even get out of your car or van if you need a lot of room...I'm in a wheelchair...they have one small elevator for 120 apartments. No freight elevator.. Some people bought new furniture and they couldn't even get it in the elevator or even carried upstairs and couldn't even get it in their apartment door. So something to think about before you move in. All apartments are the same. And the problems they have they're all identical apartments. They won't tell all of this to you when you try to move in ..I would think about it before you move in. The one I lived in is called Sycamore Creek apartments in Miamisburg Ohio. I've lived at Sycamore Creek two years this September and I'm very happy here. Heather, the Apartment Manager, and Mark, maintenance, are very friendly and helpful. Any questions or concerns I may have are always handled with quick efficiency. The complex and grounds are kept clean and looking as well as when they first started renting. It's a warm and welcoming community.
