Slate Run

I've seen these apartments in person, and they look absolutely fabulous! My kids love the space, and I'm really excited to move in!

First off, looks are very decieving. Maintenance is a joke. I couldn't even open my dishwasher cause the trim wasn't out in correctly and had to do it myself. Excuses as to why things can't be fixed is another good one. I'm sure you will have issues pretty much wherever you go but don't try an make excuses as to why things can't get done.

I havent never seen them in person but online they seem nice!!!

My 1bdrm Apartment in 2016 was under $600. This was perfect as I am a senior and budgeting my income. Recently I inquired again and a 1bdrm was over $900 monthly! What are people supposed to do?

I currently live at Slate Run and it is so quite and nice. I am always able to get ahold of Robin or Ashleye by phone or voicemail. I see where alot of people say they can't get a hold of management well they are only open 3 days but if you e-mail Robin almost always gets back with you immediately. Maintenance gets everything done. Just beware of the bad complaints this is usually from residents that didn't get something they wanted and they didn't read the lease or from move outs that also didn't read paperwork and are mad. I have heard it all and seen it all, but you should really give it a chance and see it for yourself.

Since I have been here and it has been 9 years there has only been 2 property managers the rest were leasing consultants assisting the property managers so it may look like there is alot of change in managers but there is not. I am just trying to clarify what I am reading in alot of the reviews. This is a small property and the previous property manager Robyn (who just now was brought back) explained to me with a 48 unit property it is only open 3 days a week because it is so small and she knows this hurts her residents but this is what is expected. I love my apartment I got one that has some improvements and it is so nice. My A/C works great and I have never had a maintenance issue, if I had I would contact management and if it continued I would go above their head their is a customer care number to call. If your looking for a nice quite community with no distractions this is the place. If your looking for a party place with bells and whistles keep looking. I love it here and I hope everyone that comes here loves it to. Most bad reviews come from people that left on a bad note somehow. Just remember that, maybe they should make a page where management companies can review the people leaving the reviews that would be funny LOL..... Anyway its a nice place, just follow the rules and everyone will get along.
