I have been here a year and a half and have enjoyed it so much. The maintenance man, Jake, is very polite and respectful. Hes always here when they say he will be, always cleans up after himself, and Ive always felt very comfortable with him coming into my home.
The ladies in the office are always very friendly and helpful. Its nice to walk in and see smiling faces!

I have lived in many apartment complexes, but never have I lived with such a good maintenance crew. They are so knowledgeable about everything that could need repairs in an apartment. We have had an unusual extreme winter this year causing many repairs for this crew. I have had several situations in my unit that needed immediate action. One was not having any electricity. I was the only unit having this problem plus it was early Sunday evening. Jacob returned my Emergency Call and was at my unit within 30 minutes. He checked every possible reason for this problem. He figured out it had hit to be the breaker located outside. Upon checking it, he discovered the breaker was fried and replaced it immediately. Other areas that I have called for repair were toilet overflowed. Monte was here right away and fixed it. This was also on a Sunday.
I am very impressed by this maintenance crew. I have had other service requests that this crew repaired. I dont know all the names of this crew, but I do know this apartment complex, Hunters Chase Luxury Apartments, has a crew any other complex. I am very glad I chose here to live.

The Connor Group bought this property after I moved in. They are by far the worst management company I've dealt with. Check the BBB to see how many unresolved complaints they have. We have a large Indian population in Dayton and a manager told me the first thing they did was evict them because they were "dirty" and "smelled." They repeatedly "lost checks my bank sent them through auto pay in order to try to add an additional $100 to my rent per month as a late fee. My bank had to repeatedly contact them that the check had been mailed and signed for. They also require tenets to pay "common utilities" for the lights in the hallway which fluctuates each month based on the occupancy of the property. Simply, they're making their tenets pay for vacancies. On average, it's about $120 a month. The kicker is that they own the utility company, First Billing, and require all of their tenets to pay for both common and personal utilities. The previous management company paid our personal utilities and the Connor Group shut of my power and water because they neglected to tell me they were changing the lease I signed with the previous company. When I finally moved out, they tried to charge me over $500 to clean my apartment since my original deposit was $100. Honestly, be smart. Any company that makes a policy to add $100 to your monthly rent if you're a day late or creates a shadow company to extort tenets cares about nothing more than filling Larry Connors pockets.
