Hidden Lakes Apartment Homes

I thoroughly enjoyed living at Hidden Lakes. My apartment was perfect! All the staff was always friendly, maintenance was always done very quickly, I never had any issues with anything in my apartment. It was a perfect apartment living experience!

It has been a great experience living at Hidden Lakes. Any issues I have had were fixed in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend living in this community to anyone.

I'm retired and because my annual salary didn't equal 3x a months rent, I required a co-signer. I was then told that the co-signer's salary had to be 7x the months rent!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

If I could give zero starts I would. The apartments are dirty and outdated. The management team is unhelpful and sneaky. My last bill was ridiculous and instead of talking to me they sent me on a goose chase. Do not live here!

The property is in really bad shape. The front office keeps the show units in good shape but the siding will be rotting off the side of the apartment you move into. If you get a top floor your ceiling will constantly leak. I have drywall damage and a hole in my ceiling that has been there for about 6 months without being fixed. The office workers will talk to you like you are their employee. Especially Vicki. Its strange being an engineer getting talked down to by someone who probably makes just above minimum wage. The previous manager was also very rude. When I first moved in she called me "crass" for complaining about a refrigerator with a crushed bottom shelf, a counter-top with a corner broken off, carpet with paint stains all over it, and a cable stapled across the ceiling from the dining room to the living room.
