What started off as a good experience, turned into a nightmare. My wife and I moved in October of 2017. At first we had no issues. The lease we signed was for 6 months, and it was one of those leases that you could not get out of. We had to fulfill the terms, there is no early termination. The manager was very nice and we had no issues except for our clothes dryer not drying like it should. After 60 mins, the clothes were still damp. She immediately had it fixed. Two months before our lease was up, she contacted us at least 3 different times to sign another lease. We felt pressured, but we liked her and the community. So we renewed. Shortly thereafter, she left the position. There was a new manager. Our dryer once again started malfunctioning. I asked that it be replaced because it was costing us money. I was told that this could not be done. Someone from maintenance would come out to take a look at it. This scenario went on for over 10 months. They would repair it then we would have the same issue. We gave notice to leave the property, 2 months before the expiration of our lease, because at this point, we were frustrated, not just with the dryer but with other things as well. They use a billing service for their community, which I believe is extremely expensive. We were billed for water usage and sewer, community lights, etc. The trash fee was 39.99 monthly. Two months before we left, they started a trash valet service. So now, not only did we have dumpsters, we were getting charged an additional 19.99 a month for someone to come up to our door to take away our trash bags. Dryer still not fixed. On our last day, the manager texted me to say that we had to be out by 12 noon. We were paid up until midnight. They wanted us out to do some painting. I told her this was difficult to do but they had someone who wanted to move in ASAP. So, 500.00 cleaning fee off our deposit a month later. Hope they got that dryer fixed. Buyer, Beware.
Pool is great, The front office has very nice people, good workout facility and basketball court, and i love the vending machine they have.

Hands down the WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!! MAINTANCE ISSUES WERE NEVER ADDRESSED! GARAGE DOOR WOULD GO UP AND DOWN ALL HOURS OF THE DAY, LEAVING ALL OUR STUFF EXPOSED! MENTIONED THESE ISSUES NUMEROUS TIMES AND NOTHING WAS ADDRESSED. AFTER ONLY BEING IN THIS PLACE FOR 3 MONTHS. YOU WERE (PRESSURED) TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THROUGH THE WALLS, IF YOU LIVE DOWNSTAIRS, IT SOUNDS LIKE A HEARD OF CATTLE WALKING ABOVE YOU!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY... YOUR WASTING YOUR $$$$ FOLKS!!! YOU CAN OWN YOUR OWN HOME FOR WHAT THEY WANT IN RENT!
Hands down the works apartment complex management I have ever dealt with. There is a fee for everything and if rent is not paid on the 1st, you will be assessed a 150.00 late fee. This becomes particularly problematic if you work long hours. Additionally, I find the policies of the Connor Group to be predatory and overly punitive. The issue is further agrevated by management who are nasty and unresponsive. Do not move into these apartments.
