Horrible place to live. My apt was so much smaller than the one I was shown and my rent was outrageous. Maint was pretty good, very friendly. the office staff was rude and if you are more than 10 hours late on rent they start harassing you with phone calls and eviction notice on your door and you will have to pay TONS of late fees with NO exceptions. They do not care. Not to mention the $100 extra charge a month for lighting and trash. Would not recommend living here. My apt. was steamed cleaned and spotless when i left, yet they withheld $500 and would not explain all the charges! My main concern was the rudeness from the office staff
The price is luxury! thats all. Surprise costs go up and up and our refund was only $26. They had to scrutinize the apartment to find out charges and charged $50.00 to patch the only holes (4 to hold a sheer curtain) and charged for drip pan replacement $30.00 that I did replace (got 5 for $14.00 Walmart left the extra on the counter). Appliances are cheapest I have ever seen the handle on refrigerator broke. Most of the doggy owners pick up after their pets but not everyone (found out in the living room yuch).
Trash bill final was $67, we hardly used the dumpster but it was always full Large screen TVs to furniture. Ask questions, get all cost up front we were under stress moving in and moving out, they took advantage of that
I had the pleasure of viewing the apartments and it was breathtaking! The grounds were picturesque, the apartment was fabulous and the leasing agent Thomas ,was very professional, courteous and accommodating!
Good environment to live
Overpriced and charges keep increasing. There are high charges for everything, and youre charged a fee to pay your rent and the utilities they charge you for common areas, in addition to your electric. It is costing me $1477.96 per month for a small 2 bedroom before any fees, and approximately $100/mo for utilities charged. Included in my rent is a $30/mo pet fee and $100/mo garage fee. Without those the small 2 bedroom is $1447.96/mo including the common utilities. If you pay online the fee is around $30 to pay your rent and $5 to pay utilities. If you pay your rent late youre charged $175 fee and after the 7th of the month they evict you. Something to consider before leasing here..
