I love it here! It is very very quite. Also a nice dog community. I couldn't be more pleased to call this home
I lived here because we shared a apartment with coworkers since the company pays for rent but my experience was awfull!!! My upstairs neighbors sounded like they were sex addicts the people across smoked weed all day the old lady (landlord) remembers we gave her the rent but didn't remember we told her to fix the leaking toilet and kitchen sink not once but 3 times then we got blamed for having a dog live there when we didn't my brother who lives in NYC came to visit a few times and brung his dog in because it was too cold to leave him outside or in the car so someone else has a dog not sure who but their dog pooped in the hallway and we got blamed for it and then supossebly she saw me walking a chihuahuawhen I don't even own a chihuahua or any small dog and we actually already moved into our own house 2 weeks ago and to top it off she changed the locks on the the other coworkers who stayed such a horrible place not sure if she is always like this or maybe the fact of being a different race has to do with it.
Price has continuously raised too high to live here comfortably for the average working class American. My entire building has moved out or in planning too because of the price increases yearly. Save your money or spend it on something that is worth it. It is not worth it to live next to the mall if you are struggling to pay rent.
