What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Mentor

The neighborhood is a mix of older homes and newer homes. Best Chinese Buffet to die for. Spuddy's Bar and Grill.

It's a short drive to work. A short drive to any grocery store or restaurant. My neighborhood isn't too close to anything but also not too far away.

We live a block from Lake Erie and have a grocery store, library, skateboard parks, swimming pool and school right in the neighborhood. We have beach access. There is a teen center and a veterans center.

Has variety if restaurants, grocery stores, discount stores. Close to the lake . Excellent schools and safe. Nice neighbors

New neighborhood that is privately owned and maintained. Close enough to get to freeways, shopping and dining out. Mission Barbecue just opened up in the area.

Very friendly neighbors. It is not a cut through so less traffic. Close to stores and the high school.
