Good location. Lots of amenities.
Was out looking for a apartment and came
To see at The Reserve at Lake Point. The grounds are meticulously well kept and the buildings are well taken Care of, nice curbside appeal !!!!
Met with Nikki and discussed and reviewed the community and went on a tour of a apartment. The apartment shown was very nice. I have a little dog and they are pet friendly and I seen few about on leashes with their owners and felt right at home.
Nikki was very thorough explaining all of the amenities and features of the community. The office staff were all very nice and hospitable. Even met a maintenance man who introduced himself as Tom he offered me a beverage and handed me a bottle of water. Tom was very pleasant and kind.
And welcoming as well.
Going thru the process of moving from one place to another is rather stressful and adding a VERY short frame of time to do it in is VERY stressful, Nikki went above and beyond helping me and was always available when I called the office to help me with questions about the set up and all that I needed. She reassured I would be ok and in before I knew it.
I cant explain my personal situation, but do know this,
*human kindness and alittle positivity in your life can make A HUGE DIFFERENCE . A great big Thank you and much appreciation to Nikki for helping My little Daisy and I get our new home at The Reserve at Lake pointe.
I love to be able to call this home. Large 2 bed. 1 bath. Spacious living and eating area. The maintenance team is quick to repair and replace broken or damaged items.. The workout room is clean and the equipment is spactacular for an apartment. My dog a small 8lb dog is always welcome to visit Laura the apartment management leasing office. The laundry could be updated but better than laundry mat.
I was a resident for 7 years. For being a first time renter, I believe it was a good starter. Over time, the price of rent had gone up, and nothing had changed to show for it. The previous owners did accommodate when times were tough and were willing to work with us on the cost. But then it was sold and things changed. New management felt the need to post notices about entering the apartments to "look" at something which seemed almost weekly. As a resident who works full time, with pets and not being comfortable with strangers entering my home - well this made it an uneasy situation. The walls and ceilings were paper thin, and you could hear every move made by the neighbors. And also having a 800 # to call for maintenance was horrible. My shower handle had broken off one more, and water would not shut up no matter what I did. I called the number and was given the run around multiple times. After waiting nearly 1.5 hrs, someone finally showed. This required multiple phone calls and being unfriendly. This is unacceptable when an issue like this occurs. Overall, for the cost and issues from living there, I would have to say I would NOT recommend moving here. It began as a decent place to lay my head, but over time it became more of a pain than a pleasure.
It's not top but it's very close
