My daughter lease is up at end of October and they decided not to renew her lease with her being 8 months pregnant, with the stress of this she has had medical conditions that now are effecting my future grand child, they wont give a reason why they wont renew her lease, she has been late a few times recently with paying rent but she paid it, have some sympathy she is expecting and now due to Stress she could possibly have the baby anyway!! Very unprofessional in my eyes and cold hearted!!! Dont rent from these COLD HEARTED idiots!!!

Hard core Drugs (not just weed), loud residents, dirty halls. Debilitated kitchens with broken drawers...lol its a joke. And watch it they'll try and make u pay for it. And if the rental office people don't like you, their unprofessional selves won't renew your lease for no reason. Very hood..good luck

Medina Village has been my home for over 11 years! The community has changed over the years that made me want to continue living here. It is a shame that all pet owners are not responsible! The staff is very easy to work with, and we all look forward to the community gatherings!
