3 Stars aren't bad, considering the Medina Area. I love my newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. Clean and Quaint. Newer appliances and nice flooring. Spacious parking slots and a calm traffic environment. The space is small with a little over 400 square feet. Best for 2 people and great for couples starting out or downsizing. You will not find a better office staff to help with your needs or a timely maintenance department with quick and efficient response times. I feel safe and undisturbed! Worth the economical cost...
