It feels like a safe place and very clean. Appliances are somewhat subpar, but ok. Manager is very nice. Be aware they raised everyones rent by $150 to $200 this year. Pretty pricey for 825 sq ft.

Very nice place to live. Every speck of this apartment and hallways are very clean no Oder no where. People are nice and courteous. The manager Sandra , was very nice and knew her job well . She made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Again, a wonderful place to live. Mr and Mrs C

I have lived here almost three years .I really enjoy living here the other residents are so friendly. I enjoy the events and as things open up and get back to normal life is so laid here. We have potlucks cook outs singing holiday events the calendar will fill up fast . The building is very secure with coded front doors ans key exit doors all round. Just a great place to call home ..
