      The first thing you will read when they email you is that there are no apartments available. Why then are we scheduling a tour? I have no interest in looking at where I will not live.

      or maintenance. Lived there 3 years, snow blows through door in winter, moldings falling down, gutters not hung correctly, water runs into soffit and it "rains" (pours) behind gutters - even after the gutters were cleaned out. Moldy smell, plumbing fixtures in disrepair. Infested with chipmunks, they have chewed holes in the foundation. Dryer vents never checked, many of them are not hooked up, they just blow into the crawl space.
