I am currently very unhappy here I moved here in August and have had nothing but problems with the plumbing. I love on the bottom floor and perhaps that is the problem, I have had sewage water backed up from my toilette and bathtub 2 times an issue with the kitchen sink. Then today maintenance was supposedly being done however no one let me know this I woke up to someone in my apartment! Scared me quite honestly and this isnt the first time someone entered my apartment where I was startled the last time it was man with 3 other men (plumbers) I think however I feel very uncomfortable here and extremely unhappy :( I really hope I can switch apartments here or that they make this right. Im pretty easy going but this is awful.

Rent increases every year! Apartments are certainly over priced for the quality.

We understand rent increases are no fun, but we have been working extra hard to make the living experience here worth every penny. We recently underwent a multi-million dollar community renovation with brand new building exteriors, lobbies, hallways and amenities. We also are continuing the process of upgrading every one of our units with modern hardware and finishes, including stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring and granite counters, among other things. As a former resident, we would love to have you back on-site to tour our exceptionally updated community. Again, we appreciate your time and the feedback you've provided.
