Thank you so much for your incredible attention to our requests regardless of how long it may have taken you to get the supplies you needed in order to complete the task. Our Maintenance Manager, Kevin and Property Manager Carol, stay on top of things seeing the project through to completion through the holidays and weekends, it doesn't matter, they keep it on target until they finish.
However, I do want to apologize for the lack of consideration/and appreciation some of us as tenants have shown toward the efforts of our entire K&D crew to keep our building clean, and in good repair (as best they can within their autonomy to do so). It's Not their fault that individuals have no respect or regard for others and keep breaking locks, or tracking in debris, or littering, and oh yes, not using the chute for the waste removal as directed, so that the crew who work around the clock and through the weekends and holidays must continually be going behind individuals to repair, clean, replace, and manually handle the waste. I have a lot more I could say about that. However, I do want to apologize that K&D crew staff is continually having to go behind grown people to clean up their messes. Too bad. Last but not least, having to clean up behind those with pets who do not care to remove the waste left behind by their pets for other people to step over and around, then the very maintenance staff they complain about having to clean up after them. Really?!

Thank you K&D for giving us, those residing in the South Building so much attention and that without complaining. I appreciate all of you from the Property Manager down to our Maintenance/Cleaning staff for their tireless efforts to do a good job For Us - the Tenants here at Gates Mills Place South. Don't stop!!!

I have lived at Gates Mills Place for at least 15 years. That should say it all.. I truly love living here. I have had no problems in my apartment. I needed a few things fixed I just call maintenance and its done. I love the location and all my neighbors around me.

Certified Resident

As long as I've lived in Cleveland, I've leased my residences from K&D properties. Here's why: The People. K&D hires the most outstanding people who are at the utmost level of competence, from the leasing staff and maintenance to the management team, these people are the best. I have only had great experiences in all of my dealings with the team at Gates Mills Place. I could go on about the property itself but I'm limited to only 100 words.
