Location is great and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Apartments are spacious and balconies are a plus.

Do not live here. Units are so old that we had to request maintenance way too often. Not soundproof whatsoever- you can hear people coughing from the unit above the leasing office is rude and unprofessional. Please live somewhere else.

Poor management and poor leasing agents. Do not move here. I'm in one of the apartment. Can't get any services or cooperation to update Windows dressing, which have been up since complex apartments 1962. Complain about them falling off. Bad part they want me to pay 8.00 for replacements. Hallways are terrible. Haven't been painted ,light ing is poor. Lobby poor furniture, old and dirty. I wouldn't sat on them. Dog poop everywhere. I've stepped in some twice to pick up mine. Believe when I reported who dog it was, they looked at me like I was two headed monster. I could go on and on. Oh, mice everywhere. I brought a cat. Afraid, to open my door one may run in. I don't use their cabinet. Old noise ,doors fall off. I just myself a cabinet to put my things on. I would move but looking for another place without a car. I've waiting for electrician to come for my outlets. The apartment space is great, I wish they would update and replaced or renovate apartments and brightness in hallways and replace lobby furniture. I'm ashamed when my friends visit me. Not harm inner cities apartments look better than here. Feel bad

$1,300/mo for a 722 sq ft 1br 1ba apartment with a balcony. Haven't been here a year yet. Had a ton of maintenance requests on move-in (document!). Still have rotted wood in my balcony doorframe, moisture issues at my balcony door and my bedroom window (between the panes as well as dripping from ceiling due to poor framing, paint came off tiles in bathroom, been here 7 months but buzzer system still doesn't work for me, can't get an extra fob even if you pay, vomit in elevator and in parking lot regularly, building carpet desperately needs redone, building 1 smells nasty, building 2's laundry card machine never works so you have to find someone to let you into building 1, the fob system just stopped working for the 24/7 package room so now I can't get my stuff, trash compactor breaks weekly so people pile garbage in the hallways, once I got stuck in one of the malfunctioning elevators for 30 minutes. Maintenance staff is super nice and responsive and great, office staff is aloof and hard-nosed.

The apartment itself was nice. The office staff was nice when we moved in but then some of them were less than professional if we went by them in the building. One of them completely ignored us walking by her. Maintenance staff were friendly and polite. The grounds were poorly maintained and some pet owners didn't clean up after there dogs. You can tell that the property is old. They need a lot of updates but I am sure the property manager couldn't get things done because the ownership won't let her. After reading the complaints about this location the seem accurate.

Lots of space, but the hallways were dimly lit and the building smelled a bit funky. Balconies/ patios were a huge bonus though!
