Apartment had no heat for one month. Maintenance very slow to respond to needs no one they were doing. seems to not know what he was doing. Gave me three electric heater.fixed problem a month later. I had no hot water to shower either. Staff answered my question inappropriately or not at all. These issues are real ! . l

We never made it inside to look at the apartments due to the holes in parking lot, garbage around the dumsters. The pictures of inside were beautiful but when we drove through the parking lot we drove out.

If you want reliable maintenance and reasonable rent look elsewhere! Ive been here for 2 years and our rent has been raised over $50 for no reason we pay much more than they are starting leases for. Months before our lease is up they sent us a letter stating if we resign our lease now (6 months in advance) our rent would only increase by $25 but if we wait it will be another $50 or more. So Id be paying more than $750 for a 1 bedroom apartment. As for the maintenance of our apartment our a/c broke last month and they fixed it very quick within 2 days. But less than a month later the a/c is broken again. We were told it would be 2 days. We are now at the end of day 3 and still no working a/c. Called the office to be told it wouldnt be fixed till late next week. I am currently in an 85 degree apartment that is bacislly useless you cant cook or it will be over 90 in here you cant even watch tv without heating the place up. And I have to lock my dogs up EVERYDAY until they fix the a/c because they wont give me an exact date. Can not wait for my lease to be up I will not be staying or ever returning
