The Encore at Fallen Timbers

I am currently in the process of relocating back to the Toledo area from Columbus for a new job. After much research and visiting numerous potential landing spots, I have chosen The Encore to call my new home. I want to thank Christa MacPherson for all of her assistance in making this transition smooth and accommodating! She was fantastic, very welcoming and informative as we toured the different styles of living they had to offer. Thank you Christa for your assistance in helping me make this transition and I look forward to being part of The Encore community very soon.

if anyone rented #115 at The Encore...Happy Hauntings. I thought it appropriate for halloween, My dad died on the floor in the master bedroom in #115...on 10/18/21. Hope they let you know about it. If you hear any noises or see anything strange, his name is Douglas. Tell him his son Scott says hi, and I miss you.

Christa MacPherson does an awesome job managing at Encore. I have been here for just over a year and have renewed my lease. She takes care of any issues that come up and is very pleasant to work with. She has been a great help with keeping my apprised of openings so I could move my mother who lives in Michigan into the Encore neighborhood.

We have lived in here for nearly a year while our new home is being constructed. It has been wonderful! The neighbors are super friendly and the units are quiet. The property manager (Christa) is super nice and always available to answer any questions or promptly resolve issues. We are going to miss this simple life at the Encore!

We have lived at The Encore at Fallen Timbers for almost a year while building a house. Its has been a very positive experience. Christa, the property manager is awesome. She is very much hands on and is known around the neighborhood as she makes her rounds on the golf cart. She has handled any issue we have had in a very timely manner. Great job Christa we will miss you! (Rosie will too )

I have been living at Encore for just over a year now, & since the time i toured until present, Christa Macpherson has made the whole experience easy and awesome. She deals with any issues that come up right away, she cares and is concerned, and a great neighbor and friend. i would highly recommend Encore to anyone that is in search of a home, as Christa makes it feel like home. I love the atmosphere and I know whatever come up, Christa will deal with it promptly and professionally. It's a great neighborhood and location, but it's because of Christa and Christa only, that I will renewing my lease when it is up. Thanks Christa for being awesome at what you do, and for being a friend along the way
