Holland crossing is a great place to live. The apartment is super nice. I haven't had a issues since I been staying here. I give it 5 stars.
The apartments and very nice and newly renovated. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful when an issue comes up.
I have lived here for a year now and have had an AWFUL living experience here at Holland Crossing. First off, the walls and ceilings are paper thin so if your neighbors have animals, young children or are loud (like mine were) good luck getting any peace and quiet and the office staff is nice but is passive and is not helpful with these issues. These apartments (in my opinion) are overly priced for what is offered. Although the kitchen area is newly renovated, the rest of the apartment is lack luster. Popcorn walls, terrible lighting and black mold. The apartment buildings themselves smell like must, which makes everything you own, stink. Overall, I will NOT be renewing my lease here and have had a terrible experience
Please do not rent here.
The manager is extremely rude, and does not treat people well.
I left the apartment in good conditions, and they are claiming large sums of money for damages when I have pictures to prove that they are scamming me.
I will be filing small claims court on them. They over inflate their prices and do not follow their protocol per their leases.
We recently moved out of this apartment and I could not be happier. We had many issues with the management starting from day one. During winter, our apartment developed the worst black mold along the side of our walls, on ceilings, and in the windows. It took at least five calls to the owner of the Holland Crossing, who never bothered to call back, many calls to the office on the property, and a letter stating we would put our rent in escrow to get them to hire people to clean out the area above our apartment where the mold was growing. It took the company five plus days to clean it all and even after they left the mold and water spots were still on our walls and ceiling. The office workers are hardly ever there during the hours they are supposed to be and there have been many public fights where the police have been called right out front. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please stay clear of these awful apartments.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
