Holland Crossing Apartments

The apartments and very nice and newly renovated. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful when an issue comes up.

Holland crossing is a great place to live. The apartment is super nice. I haven't had a issues since I been staying here. I give it 5 stars.

I enjoyed my time at Holland Crossing, however, I had to move due to my job. It was centrally located for a decent price. Down side was not alot of amenities. Overall a good place to live considering how nice the apartments are. Would definitely recommend.

Worst possible apartment to choose from in the Toledo area.

Overall, it is a nice place to live but I will not be renewing my lease once it is up and I cannot wait. It is up to date which is nice, but you have to pay for washer and dryer and it is very small. I rarely used it and twice it broke down on me so I just stopped washing my clothes there. My car got broken into a year ago and I asked them to fix the outdoor lights that are by the cars but nothing changed. Not everyone cleans up after their pets and I have told the office I know who doesn't pick it up and nothing changed. No one empties the waste where you put your doggie bags. It is so overfilled, people are having to put the bags on the ground next to it. It sucks how you cannot buzz anyone to come in. You have to go down the stairs to let them in. And the walls are pretty thin. If someone is playing music, you can hear it. Don't recommend if you have a dog, no sliding glass door, or patio sucks. Lastly, not enough lighting and no cross breeze in the summer time so it gets hot very fast and there is only air conditioning in the living room.

The place is really nice. Im allowed to bring my ferret. And got approved on my wedding day. Plus getting new carpet, paint and kitchen floors. Im happy we got a place fast.
