One of a kind! I have always felt I lived in a nice, safe complex-- never having to necessarily worry much about my surroundings. The quality of each apartment and amenities are top notch. If I wasn't moving out of state for my job, I would not be leaving.

Amazing!! I moved her from South Carolina almost 2 years ago and I looked at a lot of places before viewing palmera. Once I saw the property and apartments, I knew that I had to live here. I feel like I'm driving up to the Southfork ranch on Dallas.

Palmera has provided a safe, clean and peaceful environment to live. The entire staff is always smiling, pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. The staff has been willing to take as much time as needed to express an opinion or concern and reacted in a favorable manner. I am amazed when they address me by name when I come to pick up a package left at the office or have any request. I am also amazed at the service they provide even to the smallest of detail. Thanks for another great year!

I've been very pleased with Palmera! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the grounds are well maintained, and the apartments are spacious and modern. The surrounding area is also a major plus, being just a few minutes away from VOA park as well as Liberty Center.
