I was a former resident and was disappointed with a lot of things . I have also loved the apartment but the previous management was way more better and supportive and flexible . The new management was okay not up to the mark and the pricing is quite unreasonable and since the new management the place doesnt feel like at home . I was disappointed a lot with the way the apartment was shaping with the pricing and the rude management. This has some good things but would prefer to stay elsewhere .
Hope they work on the costs and be more active with the residents so they dont leave. This is a good community but certainly not the best for the price they charge
The Latitude has all of the amenities you would want. The staff goes above and beyond to assist the residents. No request is too big or too small! Sometimes you do not even need to request, they see a need and assist unasked which is tremendously appreciated!
My husband and I moved in to Latitude at the beginning of June 2018. Our experience has been very good so far. The shining light of the company that runs the apartments, is Holly. She is the Assistant Manager, and let me tell you, she is an angel. Upon meeting us when we were first touring the apartments, she gave us her personal cell to get in touch with her if we had any questions. She's always so prompt in her responses, and is super helpful. For example, one morning, I accidentally left my keys in my husbands gym bag, and he left for work before me. I had my spare car key, but no way to lock our apartment door. I texted Holly, and as soon as she got to the apartment, she went straight to our unit, and locked the door for me.
Now, when my husband matched for his Residency, I started looking around apartments in the Cincinnati area, and for some of the apartment complexes near Latitude, they had absolutely terrible reviews. Latitude was only 3 years old, and that was a huge appeal. The apartments are clean, and everything is new. I have not had one incident of a neighbor being too loud, or the walls being so thin that I could hear the neighbor upstairs, everything has been amazing. The indoor and outdoor areas of the apartment complex is absolutely stunning as well.
I would 100% say that this place is worth renting, and that the management here has a good head on their shoulders. At the beginning of our rental period, the apartments changed ownership, and that look a little time for them to get their bearings. But the best decision that they made was to keep Holly, because she was the main reason that we chose to live here.
One other side note, another huge benefit to living here is you are within 5 minutes of everything you would need. Kroger is 3 minutes away, there is a Crunch fitness, and a crazy amount of restaurants nearby.
I want to share my experience in finding my new home. I recently moved back to Ohio to be closer to my family after my divorce. As stressful as that is, finding a new place to settle for awhile can be as stressful. However, I came here to view a one bedroom apartment and I was greeted by Holly Kirby. I work in the dental field and patient care is a first class with me. Holly made me feel the way I strive to make my patients feel. Holly took her time to answer any and all questions, as well as waited patiently while I took measurements for my furniture. I have since then decided that, I'm going to take the next steps of making Latitude my new home. All because of Holly making my visit about me and my needs. Holly is a class act for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book! That is hard to come by these days.
I spoke with a lady yesterday to make an appointment to tour the property and we went over my move date and rent parameters. When I got there, no one knew who i was and I had to go over everything again. They also showed a floor plan I wasnt interested in. I liked the finishes but the space planning and layout wasnt very functional for me. They were small and I wouldnt be able to take most of my furniture. The clubhouse was nice and they have some resident amenities that I havent found in other properties. Just not for me, at this point. Management would do be better by being prepared for appointments and showing staged units for each floorplan.
