Moved from our home to a 2 bedroom apartment. The leasing and management staff were absolutely wonderful to work with during this segue. The apartment has a wonderful layout and we very much at home again. The outdoor deck is large and private, amenities are wonderful. We have yet to try the tanning bed. A few minor issues were quickly and professionally resolved by the maintenance staff. The community is older but First Pacific Group is committed to upgrades and repairs! Were very happy with our choice. Thanks to the staff for making the Orchards our new home. Frank & Sandie

Love The Orchard. Residents are friendly and talkative. All the on site facilities are great and easy to utilize. Over all a great place to live, even better place to start a family. Would recommend to anyone looking for a affordable, beautiful and relaxing place to live.
