The neighborhood is nice but they dont maintain the exterior paint on the buildings. Also the rooms are very small and a king size bed is not an option if you want to walk around the room and a queen size bed is still very snug. The living room is just as small I could only picture a piece of my sectional fitting in the living room with my tables and tv. If its a small family of 2-3 it may work but for a family of 4 with step kids coming over on weekends its just not enough space.

Well, first of all you cant make contact with these folks, maybe that should be a clear indication that this place may not be a good fit. they also do not return calls.
