Stay away! First floor smells like somebody died!

As a recent college graduate who'd just started working his first real job, looking for my own place to get out of my parents' hair was both a high priority as well as a source of significant anxiety. Thankfully, Sherri Park has only served to detract from that anxiety! Halls are regularly kept clean and clutter-free and any routine maintenance has been prompt as well as preceded by advance notice for those of us who spend a lot of time outside our rooms, so you never have to worry about surprise visits from staff. Despite its proximity to the highway, there is little to no noticeable noise from passing vehicles, and this extends to neighbors as well, with the thick walls allowing for peaceful silence at all hours of the day (I work from home 3 days a week, so this is a huge plus). Any minor issues that have occurred have been swiftly resolved by the maintenance team. Moving in was stress-free and having my own spot in an enclosed parking garage has been fantastic for Cleveland's notably sporadic weather. All-in-all a fantastic living experience.

I have lived at Sherri Park for close to 4 years now. As someone in their 30s, I absolutely love how quiet and safe this complex truly is. It is meticulously maintained inside and out. Management (shoutout to Cherie!) is incredibly responsive and helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed within 24 hours typically. The pool is reason enough to adore this place! Its absolutely gorgeous. There is a small gym in each of the buildings with limited equipment, but it definitely has enough for a home workout depending on your goals. Compared to similar complexes in the area, Sherri park is so affordable too. I highly recommend living here and will be sad if I ever have to leave!

Cherie Lawrence, the Property Manager, deserves special recognition for her outstanding dedication to creating a positive living experience for all residents. From day one, Cherie has been approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring the satisfaction of every tenant. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor have made communication seamless, and any concerns or requests are addressed promptly. Cherie goes above and beyond to foster a sense of community within Sherri Park Apartments. She organizes various events and activities, providing opportunities for residents to connect and build lasting relationships. Her passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere truly enhances the overall living experience.

Cherie is an amazing person. Loves her work and does it from her heart. So you can expect what would be the outcomes. She handles the property as if it is her own house, leading to best results and super care of tenants! The management as a whole is respectful, treats you as a human and works on providing tenants comfortable stay. It does not treat tenants as source of money customers.

My partner and I moved here in September after a horrible experience living at a different apartment complex. Living here has been absolutely wonderful and we couldn't ask for more. The property is very well taken care of and and the other residents are friendly. The staff/management is consistent and anything needed has always been addressed quickly. Also after surveying basically every single apartment complex in NEO we found that this place delivers the absolute most value for what you receive for the cost, with the best updated apartments, and incredible management. We thought we would only be here for 6 months initially but are already talking about extending our lease for a second year. I can't gush enough over how great Sherri Park is and how badly we needed the stability this place provided after our prior living situation. This is the perfect place to call home!

Sherri Park Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The staff (especially the leasing/property management, who is exceptional) and wonderful maintenance staff, who are friendly, professional and responsive to any inquiries or issues to ALL their diverse tenants. I have lived here for 3.5 years and the apartments and grounds are extremely well maintained and cared for. They maintain the policies and procedures of their lease directives. Which may not always be popular to everyone, but you are very well informed when applying to live there and it is in the written policy. This is not only for the owners of the property protection, but for all the tenants as well. That they have a safe, clean and worry-free environment to live in. I have lived in other apartment complexes with poor management and maintenance. What a difference to live somewhere where they really care about the tenants! I would recommend these Sherri Park to anyone!.
