Management and maintenance get things done promptly and always are here. Walking the property talking to residents its nice to see them be out and active in the community instead of hiding in the office like the last ppl

I recently lost my job and my manager helped me find places the rental assistance programs near me and talked me through it to get me the help I needed. Which I did and was able to get my rent covered!!!!! Ive never experienced this type of management its either pay or leave. This is how you treat ppl I wish more was like this out here!!!!

I have been trying to get into these apartments for two years. When I came to the office, March 27, I applied and immediately heard something back from the office manager within minutes of applying. I just moved in last week. The maintenance staff and manager on the property made this by far one of the smoothest I have ever experienced. From Touring , applying, And signing my lease. Was thoroughly explained to me. If you are looking for a honest and quick move, I suggest applying here.

Management and maintenance work effectively to meet our needs. The property is always clean and well maintained. I'm blessed to call this community home. Management is always here and so helpful.

Had a bug problem, but the management evicted my neighbors for it Im so glad that they did. Because now we can finally have our house back

These comments are telling the truth. Absolutely not a good place to live in especially for the people who live at the bottom (there is a dip) apartments where it floods and runs the chance of getting flooded on the inside. They don't cover it or offer a place for you to stay either!!!!!!
