They are a lack of up keep water sewer lines and well water gave me eczema cause of lines bursting and are charging the residents for every other line fixtures rent is about 1500 plus utilities is separate lot rents are 7to 1200 your total bill monthly you pay trash 27 a month, no snow removal and your pay high water prices separate so 1500 maybe your rent but all other charges about 2100 a month and they have epa violations with water water here is shut off almost every other day kids here destroy property throw rocks thru your window steal your Amazon packages and food deliverys and some have pit bull dogs running rampant and dog owners dont care a lot of children young ones here do not rent or buy they have several cases in court for evictions if your late just 1 time with payments corporate company is haven management and office staff never addresses issues even if you buy home do a favor google Buckeye trails before you move here and see reviews very bad place to buy or rent from our water bill went from 50, to almost 100 in less than a month sewer is high so you could be paying up to 155 a month on top of lot rent with fees do not live here take your family somewhere else water lines break at least shut off water 2,to 5 times a month to fix old pipes this place is very old over 40 years that is why epa found high concentrations of chemicals like Cecil, tendon, and other chemicals that gave my skin a hive rash and eczema to this day we are moving out do not live here the well water is not safe to drink

Moved in 2016 lot rent was 310.00 moved out in 2023 5 years after Havenpark Communities bought this place and lot rent is now 589.00 with added Trash and admin fees. Water and sewage also went up my last sewage bill was 98.00 alone! Please Google Havenpark Communities and see what this predator of a company is about before renting or buying in this disgusting trailer park.

This is not a good place to live if you have children. Parents let the children loose and not watch them! They break into homes and steal from others. Parents dont care. The park itself dont care about anything except their monthly payments! Dont even mow empty lots Place is a trash hole and office staff dont care.

I have been talking with Aarika VanRiper and she has been absolutely outstanding, I have a complicated living situation going on right now and she has been nothing but helpful and understanding Im so happy to have her working with me and helping me as a potential resident of this community I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home because at Buckeye trails you dont get treated like a resident you get treated like family and Im looking forward to being part of that family, THANK YOU
