Liberty Flats Apartments

I absolutely LOVE this apartment in its entirety! Where do I begin? My most favorite part is the kitchen and I spend a lot of time in there 😂 it’s a dream kitchen for someone who loves to cook or snack (I do both haha). My dog pretty much took over the rest of the place, he sleeps in my chair in the living room or looks out the windows, lounges in the humongous closet, gazes out the balcony window, whatever he feels like - I just pay the rent at this point. Lots and lots of sunlight. Even with one window in the bedroom, my room is still as bright as ever. Spacious bathroom - as someone previously commented, I was initally bummed out about not having a tub because I like to use bath bombs, but the walk-in shower is HUGE and has a ceiling light that gives off spa ambience, I feel like I’m not missing out on anything. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL, I enjoy walking my dog, plenty of space to do his business and giving others space to enjoy the grass. The pool is humongous and sparkling, plenty of lounge space. Plenty of parking! Steps away from Liberty Center, but distant enough from the chaos, it’s mostly quiet from where I am. Great leasing office team, I’m amazed at how they can handle onboarding tenants and manage construction at the same time, it’s a huge undertaking, but they are so calm, professional and available to answer any questions. I also try to reciprocate abundance of grace as we all navigate the nuances of new builds! Overall, I am very happy with my stay I could write a few chapters on everything I love about this place, but short version - I immediately felt at home from day one.

Amazing apartment, professionally managed, these negative reviews are out of pocket and weird. Never seen anyone just standing outside smoking. Never smelled any weed smell and the staff was very clear that the deposit waiting fee was non refundable.

This place is beautiful and in a great location! Everything is brand new and great quality. The gym is huge and has everything you need. The front office team was extremely helpful throughout the move in process and very quick to help with anything I need.

I have been here at Liberty Flats since Opening Day! So, 7 months now. I think I was the very first person to move into the facility. I absolutely love it here! Since the beginning, all staff has gone above and beyond in every way to help me with whatever it is. What I enjoy the most? My interaction with the staff always come with great positive energy and a tremendous smile. So, home is located in a great location for me. The neighbors are mature, clean, and positive people to chat with at any time. It's just a wonderful place to be in. Thank you for everything! Pharo

I received a tour from Alexis at Liberty Flats and it was such a great experience! She showed me all the apartment layouts available and listened to my concerns about costs & amenities! She was so kind and made the touring experience wonderful!
